Daniel J. Ianni
Chief Financial Officer

Dan brings more than twenty-five years of financial management experience to this position. He has worked in a variety of industries including software, publishing, aviation, telecom, internet marketing, and health care at both small and large companies.

Most recently, Dan served as Chief Financial Officer at TEOCO Corporation, (The Employee Owned Company) a two time Inc. 500 Company, and its related subsidiaries.  TEOCO’s core businesses included software consulting and telecom cost management services.  While there, TEOCO grew 275% over six years.  Dan helped launch three incubated companies, raising over $20 million of capital and led the M&A transactions that resulted in one of the start-ups, Respond.com, becoming a leader in its internet market.  In addition to accounting and finance responsibilities, Dan also led the IT and Legal departments.

Prior to TEOCO, Dan served as Chief Financial Officer at HCX, Inc., one of the country's most innovative healthcare cost containment companies. He was responsible for all accounting and finance functions; and also headed the MIS and Audit Service divisions. In 1999, Dan successfully positioned, marketed and finalized the sale of HCX's operating divisions to a billion dollar healthcare organization.

Earlier experience includes holding the positions of Controller for Washington Service Bureau, Inc., a subsidiary of Commerce Clearing House, Inc., and Vice President of Finance for USJet Aviation. Dan started his career as a CPA in public accounting.
Dan has been featured in national trade publications for creating innovative processes to reduce payroll processing costs and for streamlining the monthly closing cycle. He graduated from the College of William and Mary with a BBA in accounting.
