DS3 DataVaulting employees are targeted and recruited for their knowledge and expertise in the data management world.  In the data management space we believe that technology is just a commodity and what sets us apart from the competition is our unwavering focus on customer service and the exceptional talent of our staff. 

These core values run deep and have been in place from the beginning.  Idris Grant, one our co-founders, is an industry veteran in the technology service industry.  The CEO, Bill McCormick & COO Stacy Hayes, both co-founders, built the technology practice at their previous company from the ground floor up. 

We understand that the customer does not necessarily care about the technology itself, only that it works, and that is what sets our company apart. What our customers desire is the knowledge that their vendor is there for them, almost serving as an extension of their IT department. Our dedication to superior customer service is instilled in each and every one of our team members.   We come from many different walks of life, but in every instance our paths have lead us to DS3 DataVaulting.  Whether we come from the data center crew, customer service team, or sales or management divisions, our skills are augmented by a singular focus on the customer, and a mission to provide excellent customer service.
