DS3 DataVaulting Names Daniel J. Ianni as Chief Financial Officer

FAIRFAX, VA.-September 25, 2007—DS3 DataVaulting, LLC -announced the appointment of Daniel J. Ianni as its Chief Financial Officer effective immediately.

Ianni brings more than twenty-five years of financial management experience to this new position. A graduate of The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA, he has worked in a variety of industries including software, securities, and healthcare at both small and large companies. Most recently he was Chief Financial Officer of TEOCO Corporation, a Fairfax based telecom cost management and internet marketing company.
