There are two methods to access the DS3 DataVaulting TAC:

For non time-sensitive support please send an email to DS3support@ds3datavaulting.com.  Our objective is to respond within 24 hours.

For time-sensitive support, the help desk phone number is 703.968.7400. During off hours, you can also call the DS3 DataVaulting main telephone number, 703.968.8100, and hit option 5.   Both numbers will put you in contact with a DS3 DataVaulting Technical Engineer 24 hours a day.
