Training Support
DS3 offers various on-site and off-site training programs, customized to the customer’s needs
All customers receive the standard DS3 installation and training package. DS3 training covers the following topics:
- Overview of service
- Backups for file/print servers, mail server(s) and database server(s)
- Backups of end user desktops and laptops
- Monitoring solutions
- Activity logs
- Email alerts
- Reports
- Restores for file/print servers, mail server(s) and database server(s)
- Restores of end user desktops and laptops
- Troubleshooting
Additionally, DS3 provides off-site, in-depth technical training for customers and value-added resellers (VARs) who require hands-on training geared to troubleshooting and restores. This training occurs at the DS3 offices in Chantilly, VA and allows users to corrupt or delete databases, files and mail stores. Typically, this would not be possible in your production environment.

Refresher Course – DS3 offers a refresher course for all technologies for our customers at any time. This allows new employees to be trained and experienced employees to see emerging features and functionality.
